Which legal entity operates the service
Impulse Ledgiun is a trading name used by the company that owns and operates this website and the associated client platform.
The operating company is the entity with which you establish a relationship when you agree to our Terms of Use and establish an account. Its complete official name, its organisational structure, its registration details and the group affiliation it holds are outlined in the client agreement provided during your initial setup, and are made available upon request using the contact methods outlined in the "Requesting documentation" section below.
Because corporate structures, registered particulars and service arrangements can change, we deliberately do not restate them as fixed text on a marketing page. The client agreement and the documentation pack we send you are the authoritative source; where this page and those documents differ, the documents prevail.
Group companies and service providers
Certain activities - infrastructure provision, transaction processing, financial data provision, identity verification systems - are performed by qualified external partners pursuant to formal contracts. The types of partner we engage, and the manner in which they process your data, are detailed in our Privacy Policy. We do not publish provider names on this page.
The regulatory framework we work within
We describe here the type of obligations that govern the service, rather than naming authorities or quoting reference numbers, which belong in the formal documentation.
- 01
Client identification
All accounts undergo authentication prior to deposits, trading activity or withdrawal requests, following the customer due diligence and anti-money laundering procedures outlined on our KYC & AML page.
- 02
Financial-crime prevention
Sanctions and risk screening, ongoing transaction monitoring, internal escalation procedures and record retention for the periods required by applicable law.
- 03
Handling of client money
Client balances are recorded separately from the operating funds of the business, and payouts are returned to a verified instrument in the client's own name.
- 04
Fair and clear communication
Pricing information, margins and any relevant charges are visible in your account and in our costs section. We make no guarantees regarding returns, and all advertising materials include appropriate risk disclosures.
- 05
Data protection
Personal data is processed on a defined lawful basis, retained only as long as necessary, and protected by access controls and encryption in transit and at rest.
- 06
Complaints handling
A written internal complaints procedure with acknowledgement, investigation and a substantive reply within the timeframe stated when your complaint is logged.
Where a jurisdiction imposes stricter local requirements than those above, the stricter requirement applies to clients resident there.
Jurisdictions served and excluded
The service is offered only where we are permitted to offer it. Availability is assessed at registration on the basis of your country of residence, and it can change.
Where the service is offered
Accounts may be opened by residents of the countries listed as eligible in the registration flow of your account. If your country appears in that list and you pass verification, you can proceed. If it does not appear, the service is not available to you.
Where the service is not offered
- Countries and territories subject to applicable international sanctions or embargoes.
- Jurisdictions where offering this type of service to retail clients requires a local authorisation we do not hold.
- Jurisdictions identified as high risk for financial crime under applicable rules.
- Any region we have determined to exclude based on our compliance framework.
No solicitation
This website contains no material aimed at, or made available for use by, any individual in a location where availability or use would contravene applicable regulations. Using this site from a restricted location does not grant access rights to our services. Should you relocate to a restricted location while maintaining an account, you must notify us - the account may require suspension or termination with funds returned to you.
What Impulse Ledgiun is not
Being clear about what we do not do is as important as describing what we do.

How to obtain regulatory and corporate documentation
Account holders, applicants and institutional partners can obtain our regulatory and corporate records. Materials are delivered on request rather than made public.
What can be requested
- Confirmation of the operating entity and its corporate particulars.
- Your executed account agreement and the applicable cost schedule for your account.
- A summary of our AML and client-identification procedures.
- The complaints-handling procedure and escalation route.
- Data-protection information relating to your own personal data.
How to make the request
- 01
Write to us
Use the contact route on our contact page. Use "Regulatory documentation request" as the subject.
- 02
Identify yourself
State whether you are an existing client (and give the email address on the account) or a prospective client, and which documents you need.
- 03
Receive the pack
Responses are given within the duration communicated when we acknowledge your request. Certain documents may be given in redacted form where they contain sensitive proprietary information.
Documents are sent to the verified contact details on file. We cannot send account-specific documentation to a third party without your written authorisation.
Regulatory and compliance questions
Inquiries regarding our regulatory standing, our control procedures, or matters requiring formal escalation should use the compliance channel instead of standard support.
How do I raise a compliance question?
Send it through the contact page and mark it "Compliance". Include the account email address if you already hold an account, and describe the question in a sentence or two.
How do I make a formal complaint?
Submit via the same channel and write "Complaint" in the title. You will get a confirmation, a case reference and an expected resolution time. If you remain unsatisfied, the response will detail the further remedies you may pursue.
How do I report suspicious activity or misuse of our brand?
Use the report abuse page. Impersonation of Impulse Ledgiun in messages, adverts or cloned sites should be reported there so we can act on it.
Are institutional or press enquiries handled here?
Yes - send them through the contact page with a clear subject line and they will be routed to the right team.
Notes on this page
- This page is informational. It does not form part of any contract and does not replace the client agreement.

- Read alongside the Terms of Use, the Risk Disclosure, the Privacy Policy and the KYC & AML Policy.
Need something in writing?
If you are carrying out due diligence on Impulse Ledgiun, ask us directly. We would rather send you the actual documents than have you rely on a summary.
